We ensure your product(s) is packaged such that it reaches you in mint condition. Nonetheless, we are happy to accept an exchange/return only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged at the time of shipping. The amount will be refunded to the source account or the replacement will be shipped to you within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.
How do I return/exchange a product with a manufacturing/shipping defect?
Initiating a request:
Write to us at hello@ilchipilchi within 2 days of receiving the product. Please state the order number, photos and the reason for return/exchange.
In case of a genuine manufacturing/shipping defect, we apologise. A shipping label will be provided to you, which you will need to paste on top of the box, to enable pickup.
How do I cancel an order?
After we celebrate your order, we rush to have the product carefully put together and shipped to you immediately. Hence, we can only accept cancellations within two hours of order placement. Please write to us at email@example.com.
